This was a very positive experience. The room (end of the corridor) was plenty big enough for the two of us, allowing us to pack the three suitcases we had before sending them to the airport. Laundry facilities were clever, as you could see on your TV when a machine was available. Cleaning staff were exceptionally helpful - one day we asked for extra water as we were thirsty, and the lady remembered the following day as well. Reception team were professional but still friendly - you always get a better vibe in Tohoku in comparison to Kanto, in my opinion. Also, there was a microwave available near our room, which enabled us to cook proper meals when we weren't eating out. The bathroom was really nice, too - unusually spacious.

The room was spacious and modern, with a very roomy wet room and a comfortable bed. Cleaning was very efficiently undertaken and disposables (slippers, toothbrush etc) were always available. The location is perfect for both underground and overground train services. Although adjacent to the station, there was no noise or disturbance. There is a coin operated laundry on the 8th floor, and both a coffee shop and a convenience store at ground level. All staff were outstandingly polite, friendly and helpful.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the charming Hilltop Inn and I must say, it was an incredible experience. The hotel is nestled in the heart of a quaint town, surrounded by picturesque views of the rolling hills.

Very conveniently located - walking distance from Sendai Station, with a Starbucks and 7/11 on the ground floor and plenty of nice shops and restaurants very nearby. Also facilities are still quite new and very clean.

Location - near the famous gyutan restaurant zenjiro, there is one just next to the hotel so you do not have to go to the more crowded one in the train station. The morning market is also just next to the hotel. 7-11 and Starbucks are on the first floor and the family mart is just right around the corner.

It a great hotel for your weekend trip. Location is supreme if you plan to spend time on the beach. English friendly staff. Their rooftop private onsen rooms have a great view and are open from 3pm to 9:30am (so also open during the night and no advance booking is needed). We went in peak summer heat (end of July) and we could still enjoy onsen after 9pm after the wether cools down a bit so don’t hesitate to book this place in summer.

1. Location - near station, Starbucks and 7-11 just at the ground floor 2. Comprehensive amenities at the lobby for self collection 3. Hotel breakfast has good spread with local specialities 4. Lobby staff was polite, attended to our request efficiently 5. Room is spacious, comfortable and clean

Starbucks, 7/11 at the entrance of the building. Electronic shop, Burger King and a great beef tongue restaurant super close by. 20 seconds to train station entrance with elevator / escalator access. What’s more do you need from a reasonable priced hotel. Let’s not forget the peaceful lounge beside reception with comfortable seating.

Conveniently located a 5 minute walk or so from Sendai Station and bus station and close to the main roads eating places and shops. I have stayed at a couple of Daiwa Roynet Premier hotels before and have never been disappointed. For me, having a coin laundry available on site is always a big plus!

Loved the location, easy access to Sendai station. Shopping street and it’s a stone throw away from Toyota rental company. Very responsive to our request. The place is done up tastefully. Love it. There is coin laundromat in the hotel which is a big help for me as I travel with two children during winter
